These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UmpireHQ's baseball umpire management platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account Types

UmpireHQ offers different account types with varying levels of access and functionality:

• League Administrators: Full access to organization management, scheduling, and member management
• Officials: Access to view schedules, manage availability, submit reports, and track earnings

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Service without permission
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications

Subscription and Payments

UmpireHQ offers subscription-based access to the Service. Subscription plans and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Billing

By subscribing to the Service, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan

Cancellation and Refunds

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
